1. General Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Rolletto online gambling platform and all related services (the Site). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms as a binding contract between you and Rolletto and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria set out herein. Rolletto may amend these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on the Site and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The English version governs the interpretation of these Terms unless a different language version is required by law.
2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction
You may access and use the Site only if you have reached the age of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and are legally permitted to gamble online. You must comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your location, you must immediately cease use of the Site and close any accounts you hold with Rolletto.
Rolletto maintains a current list of Excluded Jurisdictions. You must not open or use an account if you are located in or a resident of an excluded jurisdiction. Rolletto reserves the right to update the list at any time, with changes published on the Site. You acknowledge that gaming and the use of the Site may be unlawful in some jurisdictions and that you bear sole responsibility for ensuring lawful conduct in your location.
3. Your Account
To access the Site’s full range of functions you must open a personal Rolletto account registered in your own name. One account per person, address, telephone number or IP address is permitted. If duplicate or multiple accounts are opened, Rolletto may terminate all related accounts and impose sanctions, including invalidation of transactions and cancellation of winnings.
Login credentials must remain confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Rolletto will treat activity conducted with your login as emanating from you, and you will be liable for such activity.
You must keep your registration information up to date. You may update details by contacting Customer Support. Rolletto may require documentation to verify any changes.
You may close your account at any time, provided there are no funds owing to you and no pending withdrawals. If you have a positive balance or pending withdrawals, funds may be frozen for up to six months and the most recent deposit may be returned; Rolletto may withdraw any remaining funds after the freezing period.
Self-exclusion requests may be submitted to Customer Support. A self-exclusion does not automatically erase records or obligations; you must still comply with outstanding withdrawals and other commitments under these Terms.
Rolletto reserves the right to refuse to open an account or to close an existing account without prior notice where appropriate, and to take any required action to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations.
4. Warranties and Representations
You represent that you act on your own behalf and are a legally competent and law-abiding individual capable of placing bets and using the Site in accordance with these Terms.
You warrant that you do not participate in money laundering or other illegal activities, that funds used to fund the account are owned by you or legally obtained, and that you will not use the Site for any collusive or deceptive practices.
You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of monetary loss and that such loss may occur. You will not rely on Rolletto to guarantee any particular outcome or profit.
You confirm that the payment methods used to fund the account belong to you and are not lost or stolen. Rolletto may request evidence of ownership of payment instruments when required.
Rolletto reserves the right to close an account or void winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these warranties or illegal activity.
5. Verification and Identity
You must provide information and documentation that Rolletto may reasonably request to manage your account, verify identity, prove residence and confirm the source of funds. This includes certified identification documents and recent proof of address. You must supply requested documents within ten 10 days of request. Rolletto may suspend payments or limit activity until verification is complete and may permanently close the account if the information is not provided.
Rolletto will undertake identity, age and background checks as part of Know Your Customer and anti fraud procedures. Verification may be conducted before deposits, during withdrawals, or periodically thereafter. Rolletto may contact credit reference and financial institutions as part of verification.
6. Account Balance, Deposits and Withdrawals
Financial operations on the Site are processed directly by Rolletto or by a designated third party. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods available on the Site. Wherever possible, withdrawals are completed using the same method used to fund the account. You agree to comply with the terms of use of the chosen payment method and to provide any information required by the payment service provider.
The account balance is not a bank balance and does not earn interest. It is not insured or backed by any government scheme unless required by applicable law.
By depositing funds you authorize Rolletto to debit your balance for any amounts due under these Terms, including fees, charges or regulatory obligations. You shall avoid chargebacks and will reimburse Rolletto for any costs arising from chargebacks or recalls.
Rolletto may set minimum and maximum deposit limits from time to time and will communicate such limits on the Site or via customer communications.
Refunds are governed by Rolletto’s refund policy. No refunds will be issued once a deposit (including a bonus) has been used to place bets and the bets have been settled or voided in accordance with these Terms, except as otherwise provided herein. A withdrawal or refund request may be considered within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if the request concerns unauthorized access. Refunds may be subject to verification, and identity documentation or proof of ownership of payment methods may be required. If a card was used to fund the account, any refunds may be issued to the card used. In the event of a refund, bonuses and winnings earned from the refunded amount may be deducted prior to determining the refundable amount. Rolletto reserves the right to withhold refunds or reverse transactions until identity and ownership of funds are confirmed. Rolletto generally does not offer refunds of deposited funds except in exceptional circumstances and in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
Promotions offered by Rolletto are governed by separate terms and conditions. Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rules. Rolletto reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time and to exclude players or jurisdictions in accordance with applicable law. Promotional balances and any winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited if you breach these terms or if the promotion is cancelled.
8. Bets, Settlements and Corrections
All bets are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules governing each game or betting market. A bet is valid only if Rolletto has offered the bet, issued a transaction code or ticket, and the bettor is 18 years or older. Bets placed using prohibited methods, or bets that are void or fraudulent, will not be honored. Rolletto may correct odds or results in the event of a mathematical or data error and will adjust winnings accordingly. If an account has been credited in error, Rolletto may debit or adjust such amounts and void the related bets. Bettor reviews of tickets are recommended prior to event start; bets cannot be altered after the event begins and no refunds will issue for bets placed after start unless otherwise specified by applicable law or these Terms.
9. In-Running and Live Betting
In running bets are available for eligible events and markets where offered. Odds are updated in real time during the event. Rolletto may suspend or resume in running betting at its discretion. Live bets are subject to the same acceptance criteria as pre event bets and may be void if the event is canceled, postponed beyond the permitted window, or if there is a disruption affecting the market integrity.
10. Taxation
Any taxes or fiscal charges arising from winnings are the bettor’s responsibility in the bettor’s jurisdiction. Rolletto does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes unless required by law.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
Rolletto handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data collected through the Site is used for account management, customer support, and regulatory compliance. See Rolletto’s Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected, stored and processed.
12. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
All content on the Site, including but not limited to software, games, graphics and text, is owned or licensed by Rolletto and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without the express written consent of Rolletto.
13. Suspension, Termination and Self-Exclusion
Rolletto may suspend or terminate any account or restrict access to part of the Site at any time for any reason, including suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, or regulatory non compliance. You may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3. Closure will occur once all balances are settled and all pending withdrawals are resolved. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly in coordination with Customer Support and will take effect in accordance with Rolletto policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolletto excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses. Rolletto’s total liability to you for breaches of these Terms, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site, will not exceed the amount of funds you had in your Rolletto account in the preceding twelve months, or the amount of your actual loss, whichever is greater, except where prohibited by law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rolletto is established. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer or gambling regulations.
16. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rolletto regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver. A failure by Rolletto to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Force Majeure. Rolletto shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Rolletto’s prior written consent.
Regulatory Compliance. You agree to comply with applicable anti money laundering and counter fraud laws and to provide any information required to comply with such laws.
