Sports Betting Rules

1. General Sports Betting Rules

  1. 1.1 When the outcome of a market cannot be verified, Rolletto may delay bet settlement until the official confirmation is published by the applicable governing body or an authorized source.
  2. 1.2 Settlements are based on the official result. If the official result is not published, Rolletto reserves the right to settle bets using corroborated data at its sole discretion.
  3. 1.3 If a market or price is published with incorrect information, Rolletto reserves the right to void all affected bets.
  4. 1.4 Rolletto is not obligated to accept bets on selections with prices advertised on third-party sites or at times inconsistent with Rolletto's live published prices. Only Rolletto’s live published prices are applicable for betting purposes.
  5. 1.5 Bets on outcomes that are related but not treated as such by the pricing or system may be voided by Rolletto.
  6. 1.6 Rolletto reserves the right to void bets that are placed with the intention of defrauding the operator or when results are already known at the time of offer.
  7. 1.7 Settlement may be suspended and customer accounts may be restricted where concerns arise regarding fraud or integrity within an event; bets affected may be void and payments withheld pending investigation.
  8. 1.8 Customers may not cancel or alter a bet once it has been placed and confirmed.
  9. 1.9 Bets deemed to have been settled incorrectly may be resettled within 48 hours; Rolletto reserves the right to reclaim any incorrect payouts.
  10. 1.10 All markets are based on regular time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the market or sport rules.
  11. 1.11 If a match does not conform to the standard format due to rules, scoring systems, duration, or match structure, Rolletto may void all bets on affected markets.
  12. 1.12 If a match is not completed due to injury, disqualification, or player withdrawal, Rolletto reserves the right to void open or unsettled bets on the event.
  13. 1.13 If event or participant names are displayed incorrectly or reversed from the home/away format, Rolletto may void all bets.
  14. 1.14 If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will stand if the event resumes and completes within 48 hours of the scheduled finish time; otherwise, or if competitors change, all open bets may be voided.
  15. 1.15 If event coverage is dropped, bets will be settled on the official result when announced; any market that cannot be verified becomes void.
  16. 1.16 If an incorrect score or match information results in a significant price error, Rolletto may void bets on that selection or market and may resettle at the correct price at its discretion.
  17. 1.17 Outright markets are settled for all listed selections, including those that do not participate in the event; non-participating selections are treated as losses.
  18. 1.18 Dead heat rules apply for outright or placings with tied outcomes; stakes are split accordingly among tied participants, with the remaining portion treated as a loss unless otherwise stated in the market.
  19. 1.19 Onsite information such as scoreboards, statistics, or video streams is provided for guidance only; such information is delayed and may be inaccurate. Settlement is not based on onsite information.
  20. 1.20 Bets are settled in decimal odds regardless of the odds format selected by the customer.
  21. 1.21 Rolletto may make case-by-case determinations on bets not expressly covered by these rules or sport-specific rules.
  22. 1.22 Sporting rules may be amended at any time and will be published online; the English version remains the official rules, with translations available as provided by Rolletto.

  8. 2.2.8 Yardage or down metrics gained after penalties are applied are excluded from settlement for relevant play-by-play and rapid markets; if a play does not occur, the subsequent play is used unless a drive ends before the next play, in which case the bet is void.
  9. 2.2.9 Markets tied to a specific number of plays in a drive will be void if the stated play threshold is not reached (including punts and field goals).
